Our Team

Nicholas P. Eells, CPA, Managing Partner, Audit Partner Clarkson University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting, 2000

Nick has been with the firm since February 2009.

Prior to this, he worked for seven years in private industry as a senior accountant and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he was responsible for all financial statement reporting, banking & public relations, staff supervision, and developing business strategies for expansion. He also worked for various government agencies, carrying out local, state, and federal filing requirements.

Nick received a BS in Accounting from Clarkson University in 2000, and obtained his CPA license in 2012.

He resides in Malone, NY, where he serves on the boards of the North Star Citizen Advocates and the Malone Minor Hockey Association.


Denise G. Wanser, Accountant

Denise joined the firm in March 2001.

She has over 25 years of previous experience working in the advertising and accounting fields, as well as experience in owning and operating businesses with her husband.

Her areas of expertise include tax return preparation, payroll, and many other business aspects. She is proficient in QuickBooks and is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

Denise attended Herbert H. Lehman College, Baruch College, and recently completed her BS in Accounting.

She resides in Malone, NY.

Thomas H. Juneau, Tax Manager

Tom joined the firm in January 2008.

Prior to this, he worked as a revenue agent in Plattsburgh, NY for 28 years and has experience in both domestic and international tax law, having worked with individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

As the firm's tax manager, he is responsible for all aspects of state and federal tax law and reviewing tax returns.

Tom has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from SUNY Canton and a BS in Accounting from SUNY Plattsburgh.

He resides in Morrisonville, NY.

Fernando C. Casue, Accountant

Andy joined the firm in November 2011.

Prior to this, he worked for six years as an Audit Senior in the Philippines and the Bahamas, gaining experience in the audits of multinational corporations.

His areas of expertise include audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements of companies in various industries such as manufacturing, government, not-for-profit, and construction.

Andy received his BS in Accounting from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2004. He is also licensed as a CPA in the Philippines and is currently working toward obtaining his New York State license, having passed the examinations.

He resides in Malone, NY.

Cheryl E. Jeror, Accountant

Cheryl joined the firm part-time in July 2012, moving to full-time in June 2013.

Her areas of expertise include financial statement preparation, business & individual income tax preparation, and payroll tax/sales tax compliance reporting.

Cheryl graduated from Clinton Community College with an AAS in Accounting in 2009, and received a BS in Accounting from Kaplan University in 2012. She passed the NYS CPA exam in June 2016 and is currently waiting for CPA licensure.

She resides in Malone, NY.

Angie M. Clark, Accountant

Angie joined the firm in August 2014.

Prior to this, she had 30 years of experience with James McKee, CPA, in Malone.

Her areas of expertise include individual and corporate taxation.

Angie received an Associates Degree in Accounting from SUNY Canton in 1985.

She resides in Malone, NY.

Kelly K. Head, Accountant

Kelly joined the firm in August 2014.

Prior to this, she had two years of experience in public accounting, and over 20 years in retail sales.

Her areas of expertise include bookkeeping, sales tax and payroll in QuickBooks, and Peachtree & CSA software.

She resides in Malone, NY.

Jaylene D. Johnston, Accountant

Jaylene joined the firm in December 2014.

She has three years of experience participating in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and since joining the firm has continued to gain experience in the areas of auditing and corporate taxation.

Jaylene received an AAS in Business Administration from North Country Community College in 2012, and a BS Double major in Accounting & Business Administration from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2015. She is currently working toward her CPA licensure.

She resides in Massena, NY.

Penny A. Normandin, Office Manager

Penny joined the firm in 2000.

She had 15 years of prior experience at Wolverine World Wide, Inc., and has an extensive knowledge of computers and software programs.

Her responsibilities include processing tax returns & financial statements, preparing the company and client payrolls, and managing insurance & cafeteria plans.

Penny attended North Franklin Educational Center from 1983 to 1985 where she focused on computers and secretarial studies.

She resides in Malone, NY.
